Every job board you use, applied to for you

The boards Aplo applies on.

How it works

Set it up once. After that, starting a job board is one click.

Upload your resumeYour profile fills itself in: experience, education, skills, contact details.
Choose boards and rulesWhich boards, how many applications a day, and which jobs to leave alone.
Press startIt applies in the background and shows you every application it sends.

What it does for you

The tedious part of job hunting, done carefully.

Fills in every form

Each question is answered from your profile: dropdowns picked, your resume attached, written answers kept short so they read like you typed them. If a form is unusual, the AI looks at the page and finishes it. The AI can run on your own computer, for free.

Applies only where you fit

Jobs whose title doesn't match your resume are passed over, and so are the ones your rules exclude: salary, location, company size, skills. One application per company, and jobs it skipped stay skipped.

Handles sign-ins and codes

It signs in to your job boards, creates the accounts companies' Workday sites ask for, and reads the security codes they email you, so applications don't stall waiting for you.

Paced like a person

A daily, weekly or monthly limit for each board, varied pauses between applications, and typing at a human speed. Steady progress, without flooding anyone.

Every application on record

A searchable list of what was sent, skipped or failed and why, with every question on each form and the answer given. You always know what went out in your name.

Yours, on any computer

Sign in and your profile, applications and settings follow you. Saved passwords and keys are encrypted with your own password. No API keys or database to set up.

Keeps your inbox tidy

After applying, it reads your web mail in the background. "Thanks for applying" and "we went with other candidates" emails go to the Trash. Interview invitations, tests and questions stay, and you get a notification.

Tap.az too, over WhatsApp

Azerbaijan's vacancies on Tap.az are picked by whether they fit your resume. For each one, it shows the employer's number and writes them a short WhatsApp message in the ad's language, using only facts from your profile.

boss.az, start to finish

Azerbaijan's main job board: jobs are judged from the list without opening them, and the ones that fit get boss.az's own form, your resume attached. The code boss.az emails you is read from your inbox and typed in. Views, contacts and every detail are kept with each job.

Templates and an overview

Keep a template for each kind of job you're after, with its own boards, resume and details, and start it in one click. The home page shows how many applications were sent, skipped or failed each day, and each one's share.

Your messenger and email, inside the app

Sign in to WhatsApp or Telegram in the app once by scanning a QR code, and read your chats there. When a job ad asks to be contacted by email, the app can write to the employer from your own web mail, with your resume attached.
